We ship from the USA only. No international customs, no overseas wait.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders confirmed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day.
• Later orders ship the next business day.
• Delivery in 2–4 days via USPS Priority or FedEx 2-Day.
• Every parcel is tracked; you receive the tracking number by email.

Damaged in transit

If a parcel or vial arrives damaged, send us a photo of the package and the vial within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement at no cost.

Lab-test guarantee

Send a vial you bought from us to any independent laboratory. If the reported reading comes back under the figure we published for that lot, we refund the order and reimburse the test fee. Send us the lab report and your order details; we review and respond within 3 business days.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we open a carrier claim and arrange a reship or refund.
